net: dsa: microchip: add support for different DCB app configurations

Add DCB support to configure app trust sources and default port priority.

Following commands can be used for testing:
dcb apptrust set dev lan1 order pcp dscp
dcb app replace dev lan1 default-prio 3

Since it is not possible to configure DSCP-Prio mapping per port, this
patch provide only ability to read switch global dscp-prio mapping and
way to enable/disable app trust for DSCP.

# 562c6548 30-Jan-2023 Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>

net: dsa: microchip: ptp: fix up PTP dependency

When NET_DSA_MICROCHIP_KSZ_COMMON is built-in but PTP is a loadable
module, the ksz_ptp support still causes a link failure:

ld.lld-16: error: undefined symbol: ptp_clock_index
>>> referenced by ksz_ptp.c
>>> drivers/net/dsa/microchip/ksz_ptp.o:(ksz_get_ts_info) in archive vmlinux.a

This can happen if NET_DSA_MICROCHIP_KSZ8863_SMI is enabled, or
even if none of the KSZ9477_I2C/KSZ_SPI/KSZ8863_SMI ones are active
but only the common module is.

The most straightforward way to address this is to move the
dependency to NET_DSA_MICROCHIP_KSZ_PTP itself, which can now
only be enabled if both PTP_1588_CLOCK support is reachable
from NET_DSA_MICROCHIP_KSZ_COMMON. Alternatively, one could make
NET_DSA_MICROCHIP_KSZ_COMMON a hidden Kconfig symbol and extend the
PTP_1588_CLOCK_OPTIONAL dependency to NET_DSA_MICROCHIP_KSZ8863_SMI as
well, but that is a little more fragile.

net: dsa: modularize DSA_TAG_PROTO_NONE

There is no reason that I can see why the no-op tagging protocol should
be registered manually, so make it a module and make all drivers which
have any sort of reference to DSA_TAG_PROTO_NONE select it.

Note that I don't know if ksz_get_tag_protocol() really needs this,
or if it's just the logic which is poorly written. All switches seem to
have their own tagging protocol, and DSA_TAG_PROTO_NONE is just a
fallback that never gets used.

net: dsa: microchip: common ksz_spi_probe for ksz switches

As of now, there are two spi probes, one ksz8795_spi.c and other
ksz9477_spi.c. This patch combines two files into single ksz_spi.c. The
difference between the two are regmap config and struct ksz8. The regmap
config is assigned based on the platform data. And struct ksz8 is left
untouched, as it is used only ksz8795.c. It can be used for all
other switches also in future.

net: dsa: microchip: Initial SPI regmap support

Add basic SPI regmap support into the driver.

Previous patches unconver that ksz_spi_write() is always ever called
with len = 1, 2 or 4. We can thus drop the if (len > SPI_TX_BUF_LEN)
check and we can also drop the allocation of the txbuf which is part
of the driver data and wastes 256 bytes for no reason. Regmap covers
the whole thing now.

# b987e98e 31-May-2017 Woojung Huh <Woojung.Huh@microchip.com>

dsa: add DSA switch driver for Microchip KSZ9477

The KSZ9477 is a fully integrated layer 2, managed, 7 ports GigE switch
with numerous advanced features. 5 ports incorporate 10/100/1000 Mbps PHYs.
The other 2 ports have interfaces that can be configured as SGMII, RGMII, MII
or RMII. Either of these may connect directly to a host processor or
to an external PHY. The SGMII port may interface to a fiber optic transceiver.

This driver currently supports vlan, fdb, mdb & mirror dsa switch operations.
