media: go7007: add check of return value of go7007_read_addr()

If go7007_read_addr() returns error channel is not assigned a value.
In this case go to allocfail.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

go7007: add sanity checking for endpoints

A malicious USB device may lack endpoints the driver assumes to exist
Accessing them leads to NULL pointer accesses. This patch introduces
sanity checking.

media: go7007: Fix URB type for interrupt handling

Josef reported that his old-and-good Plextor ConvertX M402U video
converter spews lots of WARNINGs on the recent kernels, and it turned
out that the device uses a bulk endpoint for interrupt handling just
like 2250 board.

For fixing it, generalize the check with the proper verification of
the endpoint instead of hard-coded board type check.

The kmalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, kmalloc_array(). This
patch replaces cases of:

kmalloc(a * b, gfp)

with:
kmalloc_array(a * b, gfp)

as well as handling cases of:

kmalloc(a * b * c, gfp)

with:

kmalloc(array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)

as it's slightly less ugly than:

kmalloc_array(array_size(a, b), c, gfp)

This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:

kmalloc(4 * 1024, gfp)

though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.

Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

The tools/ directory was manually excluded, since it has its own
implementation of kmalloc().

[media] include/media: split I2C headers from V4L2 core

Currently, include/media is messy, as it contains both the V4L2 core
headers and some driver-specific headers on the same place. That makes
harder to identify what core headers should be documented and what
headers belong to I2C drivers that are included only by bridge/main
drivers that would require the functions provided by them.

Let's move those i2c specific files to its own subdirectory.

Now that the custom motion detection API in this driver has been
