media: qcom: camss: Rename camss struct resources to camss_subdev_resources

Rename non-specific struct resources {} to struct camss_subdev_resources {}

Each logical block in CAMSS has a number of regulators, clocks and resets
associated with it. We represent these blocks as v4l subdevices.

The name "struct camss_subdev_resources" is a more descriptive and accurate
name.

media: qcom: camss: Amalgamate struct resource with struct resource_ispif

There is no good reason to differentiate the two resource structures
here. As part of a general tidyup of the declaration and passing of
resources within in the CAMSS driver it will be advantageous to have
one unified resource structure.

The two structures are very similar anyway thus leading more credence
still to the argument there should be only one.

media: camss: Make ISPIF subdevice optional

This driver supports multiple architecture versions of the Qualcomm ISP.
The CAMSS architecure which this driver is name after, and with the
introduction of this series, the Titan architecture.

The ISPIF is an IP-block that is only present in the CAMSS generation of
the architecture. In order to support the Titan generation, make the
ISPIF an optional subdevice.

media: camss: ispif: Correctly reset based on the VFE ID

Resetting the ISPIF VFE0 context is wrong if we are using the VFE1
for dual-camera or simply because a secondary camera is connected
to it: in this case the reset will always happen on the VFE0 ctx
of the ISPIF, which is .. useless.

Fix this usecase by adding the ISPIF_RST_CMD_1 address and choose
where to do the (or what to) reset based on the VFE line id.

As the 8x16 and 8x96 support different formats, separate the
arrays which contain the supported formats. For the VFE also
add separate arrays for RDI and PIX subdevices.

Add structs with 8x96 resources. As the number of CSIPHY, CSID
and VFE hardware modules is different on 8x16 and 8x96 select
the number at runtime and allocate needed structures
