media: solo6x10: switch from 'pci_' to 'dma_' API

The wrappers in include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h should go away.

The patch has been generated with the coccinelle script below and has been
hand modified to replace GFP_ with a correct flag.
It has been compile tested.

When memory is allocated in 'snd_solo_pcm_open()' (solo6x10-g723.c)
GFP_KERNEL can be used because this flag is already used jew a few lines
above.

When memory is allocated in 'solo_enc_alloc()' (solo6x10-v4l2-enc.c)
GFP_KERNEL can be used because this flag is already used jew a few lines
above.

When memory is allocated in 'solo_enc_v4l2_init()' (solo6x10-v4l2-enc.c)
GFP_KERNEL can be used because calls 'solo_enc_alloc()' which already uses
this flag.

media: solo6x10: replace http references with https

Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: SOFTLOGIC 6x10 MPEG CODEC

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

media: solo6x10: simplify the logic at solo_p2m_dma_desc()

The logic with gets a p2m_id is more complex than needed,
causing false positives with static analyzers:

drivers/media/pci/solo6x10/solo6x10-p2m.c:81 solo_p2m_dma_desc() error: buffer overflow 'solo_dev->p2m_dev' 4 <= s32max

Make it simpler and use unsigned int.

[media] solo6x10: move out of staging into drivers/media/pci.

Now that the custom motion detection API has been replaced with a
standard API there is no reason anymore to keep it in staging.

So (finally!) move it to drivers/media/pci.
