macintosh: windfarm: Use unsigned type for 1-bit bitfields

Clang warns:

drivers/macintosh/windfarm_lm75_sensor.c:63:14: error: implicit truncation from 'int' to a one-bit wide bit-field changes value from 1 to -1 [-Werror,-Wsingle-bit-bitfield-constant-conversion]

drivers/macintosh/windfarm_smu_sensors.c:356:19: error: implicit truncation from 'int' to a one-bit wide bit-field changes value from 1 to -1 [-Werror,-Wsingle-bit-bitfield-constant-conversion]
pow->fake_volts = 1;

drivers/macintosh/windfarm_smu_sensors.c:368:18: error: implicit truncation from 'int' to a one-bit wide bit-field changes value from 1 to -1 [-Werror,-Wsingle-bit-bitfield-constant-conversion]
pow->quadratic = 1;
^ ~

There is no bug here since no code checks the actual value of these
fields, just whether or not they are zero (boolean context), but this
can be easily fixed by switching to an unsigned type.

macintosh: Prepare cleanup of powerpc's asm/prom.h

# f1e0addc 05-Dec-2018 Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>

macintosh: Use of_node_name_{eq, prefix} for node name comparisons

Convert string compares of DT node names to use of_node_name_{eq,prefix}
helpers instead. This removes direct access to the node name pointer.

This changes a single case insensitive node name comparison to case
sensitive for "ata4". This is the only instance of a case insensitive
comparison for all the open coded node name comparisons on powerpc.
Searching the commit history, there doesn't appear to be any reason for
it to be case insensitive.

A couple of open coded iterating thru the child node names are converted
to use for_each_child_of_node() instead.

powerpc/macintosh: constify wf_sensor_ops structures

The wf_sensor_ops structures are only stored in the ops field of a
wf_sensor structure, which is declared as const. Thus the
wf_sensor_ops structures themselves can be const.

[PATCH] powerpc: Thermal control for dual core G5s

This patch adds a windfarm module, windfarm_pm112, for the dual core G5s
(both 2 and 4 core models), keeping the machine from getting into
vacuum-cleaner mode ;) For proper credits, the patch was initially
written by Paul Mackerras, and slightly reworked by me to add overtemp
handling among others. The patch also removes the sysfs attributes from
windfarm_pm81 and windfarm_pm91 and instead adds code to the windfarm
core to automagically expose attributes for sensor & controls.
