Input: colibri-vf50-ts - remove unneeded gpio.h header file

The touchscreen device is a GPIO consumer, not a GPIO controller,
so there is no need to include <linux/gpio.h>.

Remove the unneeded header file.

Input: remove unneeded MODULE_VERSION() usage in touchscreen drivers

MODULE_VERSION is useless for in-kernel drivers, so just remove all
usage of it in the touchscreen drivers. Along with this, some
DRV_VERSION macros were removed as they are also pointless.

Input: Add touchscreen support for Colibri VF50

The Colibri Vybrid VF50 module supports 4-wire touchscreens using
FETs and ADC inputs. This driver uses the IIO consumer interface
and relies on the vf610_adc driver based on the IIO framework.
