Input: max77693-haptic - add device-tree compatible strings Add the needed device-tree compatible strings to the MAX77693 haptic driver, so it can be automatically loaded when compiled as a kernel module and given device-tree contains separate (i.e. 'motor-driver') node under the main PMIC node. When device is instantiated from device-tree, the driver data cannot be read via platform_get_device_id(), so get device type from the parent MFD device instead, what works for both cases. Input: max77693-haptic - switch to DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() and pm_sleep_ptr() SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() is deprecated as it requires explicit protection against unused function warnings. The new combination of pm_sleep_ptr() and DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() allows the compiler to see the functions, thus suppressing the warning, but still allowing the unused code to be removed. Thus also drop the __maybe_unused markings. input: misc: max77693: Use pwm_get_args() where appropriate The PWM framework has clarified the concept of reference PWM config (the platform dependent config retrieved from the DT or the PWM lookup table) and real PWM state. Use pwm_get_args() when the PWM user wants to retrieve this reference config and not the current state. This is part of the rework allowing the PWM framework to support hardware readout and expose real PWM state even when the PWM has just been requested (before the user calls pwm_config/enable/disable()). Input: max77693: Add support for Maxim 77843 The Maxim 77843 haptic driver differs from 77693 by: 1. Setting the bias. 2. Different configuration register. 3. Not enabling the low-sys DAC. 4.
