RDMA/hns: Remove support for HIP06

HIP06 is no longer supported. In order to reduce unnecessary maintenance,
the code of HIP06 is removed.

# a7f7f624 13-Jun-2020 Masahiro Yamada <masahiroy@kernel.org>

treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

$ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

RDMA/hns: Fix build error again

This is not the first attempt to fix building random configurations,
unfortunately the attempt in commit a07fc0bb483e ("RDMA/hns: Fix build
error") caused a new problem when CONFIG_INFINIBAND_HNS_HIP06=m and
CONFIG_INFINIBAND_HNS_HIP08=y:

drivers/infiniband/hw/hns/hns_roce_main.o:(.rodata+0xe60): undefined reference to `__this_module'

Revert commits a07fc0bb483e ("RDMA/hns: Fix build error") and
a3e2d4c7e766 ("RDMA/hns: remove obsolete Kconfig comment") to get back to
the previous state, then fix the issues described there differently, by
adding more specific dependencies: INFINIBAND_HNS can now only be built-in
if at least one of HNS or HNS3 are built-in, and the individual back-ends
are only available if that code is reachable from the main driver.

# 6fa8f1af 09-Jan-2019 Shamir Rabinovitch <shamir.rabinovitch@oracle.com>

IB/{core,uverbs}: Move ib_umem_xxx functions from ib_core to ib_uverbs

The next patch will add dependency from ib_umem_get in to ib_uverbs so
move the required ib_umem_xxx functionality to it's correct module -
ib_uverbs - and avoid circular dependecy from the form of ib_core ->
ib_uverbs -> ib_core in depmod.

Since this now requires all drivers to be build modular if uverbs is
modular, hoist the test a couple drivers had into the main kconfig and
apply it to all drivers uniformly.

# 46bdf777 26-Sep-2018 Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>

RDMA: Fix dependencies for rdma_user_mmap_io

The mlx4 driver produces a link error when it is configured
as built-in while CONFIG_INFINIBAND_USER_ACCESS is set to =m:

drivers/infiniband/hw/mlx4/main.o: In function `mlx4_ib_mmap':
main.c:(.text+0x1af4): undefined reference to `rdma_user_mmap_io'

The same function is called from mlx5, which already has a
dependency to ensure we can call it, and from hns, which
appears to suffer from the same problem.

This adds the same dependency that mlx5 uses to the other two.

# 08805fdb 30-Aug-2017 Wei Hu(Xavier) <xavier.huwei@huawei.com>

RDMA/hns: Split hw v1 driver from hns roce driver

The hardware relevant definitions and operations are implemented
in hns_roce_hw_v* file. According to the diversity chips, the file
is named as hns_roce_hw_v1.c or hns_roce_hw_v2.c etc.

The general software process flow, common structures and allocated
algorithms are implemented in other files located in hns roce driver.

In order to support the scalability of the hardware version, the
common driver features are in the hns-roce.ko, and the hardware
relevant operations are in hns_roce_hw_v1.ko or hns_roce_hw_v2.ko
based on the series chips.
