iio: adc: ti-ads131e08: Silence no spi_device_id warnings

SPI devices use the spi_device_id for module autoloading even on
systems using device tree, after commit 5fa6863ba692 ("spi: Check
we have a spi_device_id for each DT compatible"), kernel warns as
follows since the spi_device_id is missing:

SPI driver ads131e08 has no spi_device_id for ti,ads131e04
SPI driver ads131e08 has no spi_device_id for ti,ads131e06

Add spi_device_id entries to silence the warnings, and ensure driver
module autoloading works.

# 55afdd05 08-May-2022 Jonathan Cameron <Jonathan.Cameron@huawei.com>

iio: adc: ti-ads131e08: Fix alignment for DMA safety

____cacheline_aligned is an insufficient guarantee for non-coherent DMA
on platforms with 128 byte cachelines above L1. Switch to the updated
IIO_DMA_MINALIGN definition.

iio: adc: ti-ads131e08: add missing fwnode_handle_put() in ads131e08_alloc_channels()

fwnode_handle_put() should be used when terminating
device_for_each_child_node() iteration with break or return to prevent
stale device node references from being left behind.

# 15ea2878 26-Apr-2021 Jonathan Cameron <Jonathan.Cameron@huawei.com>

iio: core: move @id from struct iio_dev to struct iio_dev_opaque

Continuing from Alexandru Ardelean's introduction of the split between
driver modifiable fields and those that should only be set by the core.

This could have been done in two steps to make the actual move after
introducing iio_device_id() but there seemed limited point to that
given how mechanical the majority of the patch is.

Includes fixup from Alex for missing mxs-lradc-adc conversion.
