i2c: muxes: pca954x: Add MAX735x/MAX736x support

Add support for the following Maxim chips using the existing PCA954x
driver:
- MAX7356
- MAX7357
- MAX7358
- MAX7367
- MAX7368
- MAX7369

All added Maxim chips behave like the PCA954x, where a single SMBUS byte
write selects up to 8 channels to be bridged to the primary bus.

While the MAX7357/MAX7358 have interrupt support, they don't act as
interrupt controller like the PCA9545 does. Thus don't enable IRQ support
and handle them like the PCA9548.

Tested using the MAX7357.

# 874765c9 04-Aug-2022 Jean Delvare <jdelvare@suse.de>

i2c: muxes: Drop obsolete dependency on COMPILE_TEST

Since commit 0166dc11be91 ("of: make CONFIG_OF user selectable"), it
is possible to test-build any driver which depends on OF on any
architecture by explicitly selecting OF. Therefore depending on
COMPILE_TEST as an alternative is no longer needed.

It is actually better to always build such drivers with OF enabled,
so that the test builds are closer to how each driver will actually be
built on its intended target. Building them without OF may not test
much as the compiler will optimize out potentially large parts of the
code. In the worst case, this could even pop false positive warnings.
Dropping COMPILE_TEST here improves the quality of our testing and
avoids wasting time on non-existent issues.

i2c: mux: mellanox: add driver

This driver allows I2C routing controlled through CPLD select registers on
a wide range of Mellanox systems (CPLD Lattice device).
MUX selection is provided by digital and analog HW. Analog part is not
under SW control.
Digital part is under CPLD control (channel selection/de-selection).

Connectivity schema.

i2c-mux-mlxpcld does not necessarily require i2c-mlxcpld. It can be used
along with another bus driver, and still control i2c routing through CPLD
mux selection, in case the system is equipped with CPLD capable of mux
selection control.

# 93d710a6 14-Nov-2016 Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>

i2c: mux: fix up dependencies

We get the following build error from UM Linux after adding
an entry to drivers/iio/gyro/Kconfig that issues "select I2C_MUX":

ERROR: "devm_ioremap_resource"
[drivers/i2c/muxes/i2c-mux-reg.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "of_address_to_resource"
[drivers/i2c/muxes/i2c-mux-reg.ko] undefined!

It appears that the I2C mux core code depends on HAS_IOMEM
for historical reasons, while CONFIG_I2C_MUX_REG does *not*
have a direct dependency on HAS_IOMEM.

This creates a situation where a allyesconfig or allmodconfig
for UM Linux will select I2C_MUX, and will implicitly enable
I2C_MUX_REG as well, and the compilation will fail for the
register driver.

Fix this up by making I2C_MUX_REG depend on HAS_IOMEM and
removing the dependency from I2C_MUX.

i2c: mux: Add i2c-arb-gpio-challenge 'mux' driver

The i2c-arb-gpio-challenge driver implements an I2C arbitration scheme
where masters need to claim the bus with a GPIO before they can start
a transaction. This should generally only be used when standard I2C
multimaster isn't appropriate for some reason (errata/bugs).

This driver is based on code that Simon Glass added to the i2c-s3c2410
driver in the Chrome OS kernel 3.4 tree. The current incarnation as a
mux driver is as suggested by Grant Likely. See
