Newline in name is redunant and produces an unnecessary empty line during
'cat name'. Newline is added during sysfs_emit. See '27a1a1e2e47d ("drm/xe:
stringify the argument to avoid potential vulnerability")'.

drm/xe: Manually setup C6 when skip_guc_pc is set

Skip the init/start/stop GuC PC functions and toggle C6 using
register writes instead. Also request max possible frequency
as dynamic freq management is disabled.

Prep this file to contain C6 toggling as well instead
of just sysfs related stuff.
