drm/panfrost: fix GENERIC_ATOMIC64 dependency

On ARMv5 and earlier, a randconfig build can still run into

WARNING: unmet direct dependencies detected for IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_LPAE
Depends on [n]: IOMMU_SUPPORT [=y] && (ARM [=y] || ARM64 || COMPILE_TEST [=y]) && !GENERIC_ATOMIC64 [=y]
Selected by [y]:
- DRM_PANFROST [=y] && HAS_IOMEM [=y] && DRM [=y] && (ARM [=y] || ARM64 || COMPILE_TEST [=y] && !GENERIC_ATOMIC64 [=y]) && MMU [=y]

Rework the dependencies to always require a working cmpxchg64.

# 730c2bf4 29-Jul-2022 Adrián Larumbe <adrian.larumbe@collabora.com>

drm/panfrost: Add support for devcoredump

In the event of a job timeout, debug dump information will be written into
/sys/class/devcoredump.

Inspired by etnaviv's similar feature.

drm/panfrost: Require the simple_ondemand governor

Panfrost depends on the simple_ondemand governor, and therefore
it's a required configuration. Select it.

# f3617b44 16-May-2019 Ezequiel Garcia <ezequiel@collabora.com>

drm/panfrost: Select devfreq

Currently, there is some logic for the driver to work without devfreq.
However, the driver actually fails to probe if !CONFIG_PM_DEVFREQ.

Fix this by selecting devfreq, and drop the additional checks
for devfreq.

# db594ba3 17-Apr-2019 Steven Price <steven.price@arm.com>

drm/panfrost: depend on !GENERIC_ATOMIC64 when using COMPILE_TEST

Since panfrost has a 'select' on IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_LPAE we must depend on
the same set of flags. Otherwise IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_LPAE will be forced on
even though it cannot build (no support for cmpxchg64).

This fixes the following warning from kconfig:

WARNING: unmet direct dependencies detected for IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_LPAE
Depends on [n]: IOMMU_SUPPORT [=y] && (ARM || ARM64 || COMPILE_TEST [=y] && !GENERIC_ATOMIC64 [=y])
