drm/panel: Don't store+check prepared/enabled for simple cases

As talked about in commit d2aacaf07395 ("drm/panel: Check for already
prepared/enabled in drm_panel"), we want to remove needless code from
panel drivers that was storing and double-checking the
prepared/enabled state. Even if someone was relying on the
double-check before, that double-check is now in the core and not
needed in individual drivers.

This pile of panel drivers appears to be simple to handle. Based on
code inspection they seemed to be using the prepared/enabled state
simply for double-checking that nothing else in the kernel called them
inconsistently. Now that the core drm_panel is doing the double
checking (and warning) it should be very clear that these devices
don't need their own double-check.

# 56c46827 07-Jan-2023 Javier Martinez Canillas <javierm@redhat.com>

drm/panel-sharp-ls060t1sx01: Drop custom DSI write macro

There is a macro for this already in the <drm/drm_mipi_dsi.h> header, use
that instead and delete the custom DSI write macro defined in the driver.

# 79abca2b 08-Jul-2022 Uwe Kleine-König <u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.de>

drm/mipi-dsi: Make remove callback return void

All implementations return 0 and the return value of mipi_dsi_drv_remove()
is ignored anyhow.

So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour.

drm/panel: Add support for Sharp LS060T1SX01 panel

Add driver to support Sharp LS06T1SX01 FullHD panel. The panel uses
nt35695 driver IC. For example this LCD module can be found in the
