drm/panel: Don't store+check prepared/enabled for simple cases As talked about in commit d2aacaf07395 ("drm/panel: Check for already prepared/enabled in drm_panel"), we want to remove needless code from panel drivers that was storing and double-checking the prepared/enabled state. Even if someone was relying on the double-check before, that double-check is now in the core and not needed in individual drivers. This pile of panel drivers appears to be simple to handle. Based on code inspection they seemed to be using the prepared/enabled state simply for double-checking that nothing else in the kernel called them inconsistently. Now that the core drm_panel is doing the double checking (and warning) it should be very clear that these devices don't need their own double-check. drm/mipi-dsi: Make remove callback return void All implementations return 0 and the return value of mipi_dsi_drv_remove() is ignored anyhow. So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly. There is no intended change of behaviour. drm/panel: panel-asus-z00t-tm5p5-n35596: Use backlight helper backlight_properties.fb_blank is deprecated. The states it represents are handled by other properties; but instead of accessing those properties directly, drivers should use the helpers provided by backlight.h. Instead of retrieving the backlight brightness in struct backlight_properties manually, and then checking whether the backlight should be on at all, use backlight_get_brightness() which does all this and insulates this from future changes.
