drm/i915: Only check eDP HPD when AUX CH is shared

Apparently Acer Chromebook C740 (BDW-ULT) doesn't have the
eDP HPD line properly connected, and thus fails the new
HPD check during eDP probe. The result is that we lose the
eDP output.

I suspect all such machines would be Chromebooks or other
Linux exclusive systems as the Windows driver likely wouldn't
work either. I did check a few other BDW machines here and
those do have eDP HPD connected, one of them even is a
different Chromebook (Samus).

To account for these funky machines let's skip the HPD check when
it looks like the eDP port is the only one using that specific AUX
channel. In case of multiple ports sharing the same AUX CH (eg. on
Asrock B250M-HDV) we still do the check and thus should correctly
ignore the eDP port in favor of the other DP port (usually a DP->VGA

drm/i915: Do panel VBT init early if the VBT declares an explicit panel type

Lots of ADL machines out there with bogus VBTs that declare
two eDP child devices. In order for those to work we need to
figure out which power sequencer to use before we try the EDID
read. So let's do the panel VBT init early if we can, falling
back to the post-EDID init otherwise.

The post-EDID init panel_type=0xff approach of assuming the
power sequencer should already be enabled doesn't really work
with multiple eDP panels, and currently we just end up using
the same power sequencer for both eDP ports, which at least
confuses the wakeref tracking, and potentially also causes us
to toggle the VDD for the panel when we should not.

Move the panel specific VBT parsing to happen during the
output probing stage. Needs to be done because the VBT
parsing will need to look at the EDID to determine
the correct panel_type on some machines.

We split the parsed VBT data (i915->vbt) along the same
boundary. For the moment we just hoist all the panel
specific stuff into connector->panel.vbt since that seems
like the most convenient place for eg. the backlight code.

Note that we simply drop the drrs type check from
intel_drrs_frontbuffer_update() since that operates on the whole
device rather than a specific connector/encoder. But the check
was just a micro optimization so removing it doesn't actually
mattter for correctness.

# 1bf2f3bf 09-Dec-2019 Jani Nikula <jani.nikula@intel.com>

drm/i915/bios: add support for querying DSC details for encoder

Add function for retrieving the DSC data for an encoder.

Initially, this is DSI specific, as DP does not use VBT settings for DSC
at all. It's also not very pretty.

In the future we might have a pointer from encoder to the child device,
which would make the child device list query here so much more sensible.

v3:
- use crtc_state instead of pipe_config
- return true by default from intel_bios_get_dsc_params()
- expand the comment about rc_buffer_block_size and rc_buffer_size

v2:
- make more robust, debug log errors better

drm: Move port definition back to i915 header

We dont need the definition of the enum port outside I915, anymore.
Hence move enum port definition into I915 driver itself.

v2:
intel_display.h is included in intel_hdcp.h
v3:
enum port is declared in headers.
v4:
commit msg is rephrased.
v5:
copyright year is updated [Tomas]

# 5ccf2027 20-Jun-2019 Lee Shawn C <shawn.c.lee@intel.com>

drm/i915: Check backlight type while doing eDP backlight initializaiton

If LFP backlight type setting from VBT was "VESA eDP AUX Interface".
Driver should check panel capability and try to initialize aux backlight.
No matter i915_modparams.enable_dpcd_backlight was enabled or not.

v2: access dev_priv->vbt.backlight.type directly and remove unused function.
v3: 1. Modify i915.enable_dpcd_backlight type from bool to int and give default
value as 0 (disable).
2. Add a judgement to check LFP backlight type was aux interface or not.

- don't move intel_sideband.[ch] (Ville)
