drm/amdkfd: Introduce kfd_node struct (v5)

Introduce a new structure, kfd_node, which will now represent
a compute node. kfd_node is carved out of kfd_dev structure.
kfd_dev struct now will become the parent of kfd_node, and will
store common resources such as doorbells, GTT sub-alloctor etc.
kfd_node struct will store all resources specific to a compute
node, such as device queue manager, interrupt handling etc.

This is the first step in adding compute partition support in KFD.

drm/amdkfd: Set F8_MODE for gc_v9_4_3

Set F8_MODE for GC 9.4.3 as optimal/non-IEEE. Also update gc_v9_0
to gc_v9_4_3 to include more definitions such as the F8_MODE bit, and
remove unused header files.

drm/amdkfd: Support process XNACK mode dynamic change

Update queue qpd is done for the first queue creation of the process,
if the device support XNACK mode per process, update qpd setup
sh_mem_config based on the process XNACK mode, to support the process
destroy all queues, change XNACK mode, and then create queues.

Add helper macro KFD_SUPPORT_XNACK_PER_PROCESS to remove duplicate code
and add new ASICs support in future.

drm/amdkfd: add xnack enabled flag to kfd_process

XNACK mode controls the SQ RETRY_DISABLE setting that determines,
whether recoverable page faults can be supported on GFXv9 hardware.
Only on Aldebaran we can support different processes running with
different XNACK modes. On older chips all processes must use the same
RETRY_DISABLE setting. However, processes not relying on recoverable
page faults can work with RETRY enabled. This means XNACK off is always
available as a fallback so we can use the same mode on all GPUs in a
process.

drm/amdkfd: implement the dGPU fallback path for apu (v6)

We still have a few iommu issues which need to address, so force raven
as "dgpu" path for the moment.

This is to add the fallback path to bypass IOMMU if IOMMU v2 is disabled
or ACPI CRAT table not correct.

v2: Use ignore_crat parameter to decide whether it will go with IOMMUv2.
v3: Align with existed thunk, don't change the way of raven, only renoir
will use "dgpu" path by default.
v4: don't update global ignore_crat in the driver, and revise fallback
function if CRAT is broken.
v5: refine acpi crat good but no iommu support case, and rename the
title.
v6: fix the issue of dGPU initialized firstly, just modify the report
value in the node_show().

drm/amdkfd: Consistently apply noretry setting

Apply the same setting to SH_MEM_CONFIG and VM_CONTEXT1_CNTL. This
makes the noretry param no longer KFD-specific. On GFX10 I'm not
changing SH_MEM_CONFIG in this commit because GFX10 has different
retry behaviour in the SQ and I don't have a way to test it at the
moment.

Global function mqd_manager_init just calls asic-specific functions and it
is not necessary. Delete it and introduce a mqd_manager_init interface in
dqm for asic-specific mqd manager init. Call mqd_manager_init interface
directly to initialize mqd manager
