gpio: vf610: add i.MX8ULP of_device_id entry

i.MX8ULP/93 GPIO supports similar feature as i.MX7ULP GPIO, but i.MX8ULP is
actually not hardware compatible with i.MX7ULP. i.MX8ULP only has one
register base, not two bases. i.MX8ULP and i.MX93 actually has two
interrupts for each gpio controller, one for Trustzone non-secure world,
one for secure world.

Although the Linux Kernel driver gpio-vf610.c could work with
fsl,imx7ulp-gpio compatible, it is based on some tricks did in device tree
with some offset added to base address.

Add a new of_device_id entry for i.MX8ULP. But to make the driver could
also support old bindings, check the compatible string first, before
check the device data.

Add flag IRQCHIP_MASK_ON_SUSPEND to make sure gpio irq is masked on
suspend, if lack this flag, current irq arctitecture will not mask
the irq, and these unmasked gpio irq will wrongly wakeup the system
even they are not config as wakeup source.

Also add flag IRQCHIP_ENABLE_WAKEUP_ON_SUSPEND to make sure the gpio
irq which is configed as wakeup source can work as expect.

gpio: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

gpio: Get rid of duplicate of_node assignment in the drivers

GPIO library does copy the of_node from the parent device of
the GPIO chip, there is no need to repeat this in the individual
drivers. Remove these assignment all at once.

For the details one may look into the of_gpio_dev_init() implementation.

While at it, remove duplicate parent device assignment where it is the case.

gpio: vf610: Mask all GPIO interrupts

On SoC reset all GPIO interrupts are disable. However, if kexec is
used to boot into a new kernel, the SoC does not experience a
reset. Hence GPIO interrupts can be left enabled from the previous
kernel. It is then possible for the interrupt to fire before an
interrupt handler is registered, resulting in the kernel complaining
of an "unexpected IRQ trap", the interrupt is never cleared, and so
fires again, resulting in an interrupt storm.

Disable all GPIO interrupts before registering the GPIO IRQ chip.

gpio: vf610: add imx7ulp support

The Rapid General-Purpose Input and Output with 2 Ports (RGPIO2P)
on MX7ULP is similar to GPIO on Vibrid. But unlike Vibrid, the
RGPIO2P has an extra Port Data Direction Register (PDDR) used
to configure the individual port pins for input or output.

We introduce a bool have_paddr with fsl_gpio_soc_data data
to distinguish this differences. And we support getting the output
status by checking the GPIO direction in PDDR.

gpio: vf610: drop unused MODULE_ tags from non-modular code

The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:

drivers/gpio/Kconfig:config GPIO_VF610
drivers/gpio/Kconfig: def_bool y

...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.

Lets remove the couple traces of modular infrastructure use, so that
when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.

We delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information
is now contained at the top of the file in the comments.

We don't replace module.h with init.h since the file already has that.

gpio: change member .dev to .parent

The name .dev in a struct is normally reserved for a struct device
that is let us say a superclass to the thing described by the struct.
struct gpio_chip stands out by confusingly using a struct device *dev
to point to the parent device (such as a platform_device) that
represents the hardware. As we want to give gpio_chip:s real devices,
this is not working. We need to rename this member to parent.

This was done by two coccinelle scripts, I guess it is possible to
combine them into one, but I don't know such stuff. They look like
this:

gpio: vf610: use container_of() to get state container

The state container of the vf610 GPIO driver is sometimes
extracted from the gpio_chip exploiting the fact that offsetof()
the struct gpio_chip inside the struct vf610_gpio_port is 0, so
the container_of() is in practice a noop. However if a member
is added to struct vf610_gpio_port in front of struct gpio_chip,
things will break. Using proper container_of() avoids this
problem.

Semantically this is a noop, the compiler will optimize it away,
but syntactically it makes me happier.

Also replace some explicit container_of() calls with the helper
function.

genirq: Remove irq argument from irq flow handlers

Most interrupt flow handlers do not use the irq argument. Those few
which use it can retrieve the irq number from the irq descriptor.

Remove the argument.

Search and replace was done with coccinelle and some extra helper
scripts around it. Thanks to Julia for her help!

gpio: vf610: handle level IRQ's properly

The GPIO IRQ controller is able to generate level triggered
interrupts, however, these were handled by handle_simple_irq so far
which did not take care of IRQ masking. This lead to "nobody cared
(try booting with the "irqpoll" option)" stack traces.

Use the generic interrupt handlers depending on the IRQ type.

gpio: vf610: add gpiolib/IRQ chip driver for Vybrid

Add a gpiolib and IRQ chip driver for Vybrid ARM SoC using the
Vybrid's GPIO and PORT module. The driver is instanced once per
each GPIO/PORT module pair and handles 32 GPIO's.
