gpio: Propagate firmware node from a parent device

When creating MFD platform devices the firmware node is left unset.
This, in particular, prevents GPIO library to use it for different
purposes. Propagate firmware node from the parent device and let
GPIO library do the right thing.

gpio: arizona: disable pm_runtime in case of failure

pm_runtime_enable will increase power disable depth. Thus a
pairing decrement is needed on the error handling path to keep
it balanced.

Calling pm_runtime_get_sync increments the counter even in case of
failure, causing incorrect ref count if pm_runtime_put is not called in
error handling paths. Call pm_runtime_put if pm_runtime_get_sync fails.

gpio: arizona: Add support for GPIOs that need to be maintained

The Arizona devices only maintain the state of output GPIOs whilst the
CODEC is active, this can cause issues if the CODEC suspends whilst
something is relying on the state of one of its GPIOs. However, in
many systems the CODEC GPIOs are used for audio related features
and thus the state of the GPIOs is unimportant whilst the CODEC is
suspended. Often keeping the CODEC resumed in such a system would
incur a power impact that is unacceptable.

Allow the user to select whether a GPIO output should keep the
CODEC resumed, by adding a flag through the second cell of the GPIO
specifier in device tree.

gpio: arizona: Correct handling for reading input GPIOs

The GPIO register is cached since all the configuration resides within
it, however, this means for input GPIOs the driver will not return the
actual state but the last value written to the register cache.

To correct this in the case of reading an input GPIO resume the CODEC
and drop the cache for the input register to ensure an actual hardware
read takes place.

gpio: change member .dev to .parent

The name .dev in a struct is normally reserved for a struct device
that is let us say a superclass to the thing described by the struct.
struct gpio_chip stands out by confusingly using a struct device *dev
to point to the parent device (such as a platform_device) that
represents the hardware. As we want to give gpio_chip:s real devices,
this is not working. We need to rename this member to parent.

This was done by two coccinelle scripts, I guess it is possible to
combine them into one, but I don't know such stuff. They look like
this:

drivers/pinctrl which is my own backyard anyway.

gpio/pinctrl: make gpio_chip members typed boolean

This switches the two members of struct gpio_chip that were
defined as unsigned foo:1 to bool, because that is indeed what
they are. Switch all users in the gpio and pinctrl subsystems
to assign these values with true/false instead of 0/1. The
users outside these subsystems will survive since true/false
is 1/0, atleast we set some kind of more strict typing example.

gpiolib: Add support for Wolfson Microelectronics Arizona class devices

The Arizona class devices provide some GPIOs for use in the system. This
driver provides support for these via gpiolib. Currently interrupts are
not supported, normally the GPIOs are outputs only.
