x86/platform: Avoid missing-prototype warnings for OLPC

There are two functions in the olpc platform that have no prototype:

arch/x86/platform/olpc/olpc_dt.c:237:13: error: no previous prototype for 'olpc_dt_fixup' [-Werror=missing-prototypes]
arch/x86/platform/olpc/olpc-xo1-pm.c:73:26: error: no previous prototype for 'xo1_do_sleep' [-Werror=missing-prototypes]

The first one should just be marked 'static' as there are no other
callers, while the second one is called from assembler and is
just a false-positive warning that can be silenced by adding a
prototype.

x86/platform/olpc: Use a correct version when making up a battery node

The XO-1 and XO-1.5 batteries apparently differ in an ability to report
ambient temperature. We need to use a different compatible string for the
XO-1.5 battery.

Previously olpc_dt_fixup() used the presence of the battery node's
compatible property to decide whether the DT is up to date. Now we need
to look for a particular value in the compatible string, to decide

Add check for the return value of memblock_alloc*() functions and call
panic() in case of error. The panic message repeats the one used by
panicing memblock allocators with adjustment of parameters to include
only relevant ones.

The replacement was mostly automated with semantic patches like the one
below with manual massaging of format strings.

x86/platform/olpc: Do not call of_platform_bus_probe()

The DT core will probe the DT by default now, so the OLPC platform code
calling of_platform_bus_probe() is not necessary. The algorithm for what
nodes are probed is a little different in how compatible is handled, but
since OLPC uses compatible strings for matching it is not affected by
this difference.

Also, only the battery node located at the root level gets a device
created as the dcon is a PCI device and the RTC device is created in
olpc-xo1-rtc.c.

memblock: stop using implicit alignment to SMP_CACHE_BYTES

When a memblock allocation APIs are called with align = 0, the alignment
is implicitly set to SMP_CACHE_BYTES.

Implicit alignment is done deep in the memblock allocator and it can
come as a surprise. Not that such an alignment would be wrong even
when used incorrectly but it is better to be explicit for the sake of
clarity and the prinicple of the least surprise.

Replace all such uses of memblock APIs with the 'align' parameter
explicitly set to SMP_CACHE_BYTES and stop implicit alignment assignment
in the memblock internal allocation functions.

For the case when memblock APIs are used via helper functions, e.g. like
iommu_arena_new_node() in Alpha, the helper functions were detected with
Coccinelle's help and then manually examined and updated where
appropriate.

The direct memblock APIs users were updated using the semantic patch below:

memblock: replace alloc_bootmem with memblock_alloc

The alloc_bootmem(size) is a shortcut for allocation of SMP_CACHE_BYTES
aligned memory. When the align parameter of memblock_alloc() is 0, the
alignment is implicitly set to SMP_CACHE_BYTES and thus alloc_bootmem(size)
and memblock_alloc(size, 0) are equivalent.

The conversion is done using the following semantic patch:

x86, olpc: Add missing elements to device tree

In response to new device tree code in the kernel, OLPC will start
using it for probing of certain devices. However, some firmware fixes
are needed to put the devicetree into a usable state.

Retain compatibility with old firmware by fixing up the device tree
at boot-time if it does not contain the new nodes/properties that
we need for probing. This is the same approach taken on PPC platforms.

x86, olpc: Speed up device tree creation during boot

Calling alloc_bootmem() for tiny chunks of memory over and over is really
slow; on an XO-1, it caused the time between when the kernel started
booting and when the display came alive (post-lxfb probe) to increase
to 44s. This patch optimizes the prom_early_alloc function by
calling alloc_bootmem for 4k-sized blocks of memory, and handing out
chunks of that to callers. With this patch, the time between kernel load
and display initialization decreased to 23s. If there's a better way to
do this early in the boot process, please let me know.

(Note: increasing the chunk size to 16k didn't noticably affect boot time,
and wasted 9k.)

x86, olpc: Add OLPC device-tree support

Make use of PROC_DEVICETREE to export the tree, and sparc's PROMTREE code to
call into OLPC's Open Firmware to build the tree.

v5: fix buglet with root node check (introduced in v4)

v4: address some minor style issues pointed out by Grant, and explicitly cast
negative phandle checks to s32.

v3: rename olpc_prom to olpc_dt
- rework Kconfig entries
- drop devtree build hook from proc, instead adding a call to x86's
paging_init (similarly to how sparc64 does it)
- switch allocation from using slab to alloc_bootmem. this allows
the DT to be built earlier during boot (during setup_arch); the
downside is that there are some 1200 bootmem reservations that are
done during boot. Not ideal..
- add a helper olpc_ofw_is_installed function to test for the
existence and successful detection of OLPC's OFW.
