x86/olpc: Indicate that legacy PC XO-1 platform should not register RTC

On OLPC XO-1, the RTC is discovered via device tree from the arch
initcall. Don't let the PC platform register another one from its device
initcall, it's not going to work:

# cfee9597 25-Jun-2011 Daniel Drake <dsd@laptop.org>

x86, olpc: Add XO-1 RTC driver

Add a driver to configure the XO-1 RTC via CS5536 MSRs, to be used as a
system wakeup source via olpc-xo1-pm.

Device detection is based on finding the relevant device tree node.
