crypto: x86/nhpoly1305 - implement ->digest

Implement the ->digest method to improve performance on single-page
messages by reducing the number of indirect calls.

# 0f8bc4bd 18-Nov-2022 Eric Biggers <ebiggers@google.com>

crypto: x86/nhpoly1305 - eliminate unnecessary CFI wrappers

Since the CFI implementation now supports indirect calls to assembly
functions, take advantage of that rather than use wrapper functions.

# 0c3dc787 19-Aug-2020 Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au>

crypto: algapi - Remove skbuff.h inclusion

The header file algapi.h includes skbuff.h unnecessarily since
all we need is a forward declaration for struct sk_buff. This
patch removes that inclusion.

Unfortunately skbuff.h pulls in a lot of things and drivers over
the years have come to rely on it so this patch adds a lot of
missing inclusions that result from this.

crypto: arch/nhpoly1305 - process in explicit 4k chunks

Rather than chunking via PAGE_SIZE, this commit changes the arch
implementations to chunk in explicit 4k parts, so that calculations on
maximum acceptable latency don't suddenly become invalid on platforms
where PAGE_SIZE isn't 4k, such as arm64.

# f2abe0d7 12-Mar-2019 Eric Biggers <ebiggers@google.com>

crypto: x86 - convert to use crypto_simd_usable()

Replace all calls to irq_fpu_usable() in the x86 crypto code with
crypto_simd_usable(), in order to allow testing the no-SIMD code paths.

# 0f961f9f 04-Dec-2018 Eric Biggers <ebiggers@google.com>

crypto: x86/nhpoly1305 - add AVX2 accelerated NHPoly1305

Add a 64-bit AVX2 implementation of NHPoly1305, an ε-almost-∆-universal
hash function used in the Adiantum encryption mode. For now, only the
NH portion is actually AVX2-accelerated; the Poly1305 part is less
performance-critical so is just implemented in C.
