mmc: sh_mmcif: move platform_data header to proper location

We have a dedicated directory for platform_data meanwhile, don't spoil
the MMC directory with it.

# 608241f3 30-Dec-2016 Ulf Hansson <ulf.hansson@linaro.org>

sh: sh7724: Don't use a public mmc header for MMC_PROGRESS*

The enum that specifies the MMC_PROGRESS* types, is a sh mmcif specific
thing and has no relevance in a public mmc header. Currently it's used only
by the sh romImage MMCIF boot, so let's instead define the enum in there
and rename the types to MMCIF_* to show this.

mmc: Add MMC_PROGRESS_*

This is my second attempt to make this enum generally available.
The first attempt added MMCIF_PROGRESS_* to include/linux/mmc/sh_mmcif.h.
However this is not sufficiently generic as the enum will be
used by SDHI boot code.

# 54b38463 05-Dec-2010 Simon Horman <horms@verge.net.au>

mmc, sh: Remove sh_mmcif_boot_slurp()

As the only caller of sh_mmcif_boot_do_read() is
sh_mmcif_boot_slurp() the configuration portion of
sh_mmcif_boot_slurp() can be merged into sh_mmcif_boot_do_read().

Once this is done sh_mmcif_boot_slurp() is only a call
to sh_mmcif_boot_do_read() with platform specific information -
the offset that images are stored on MMC. So make the
sh_mmcif_boot_do_read() call directly from platform code
and remove sh_mmcif_boot_slurp() altogether.

sh: add romImage MMCIF boot for sh7724 and Ecovec V2

This patch is V2 of the MMCIF romImage boot support
for sh7724 and the Ecovec board. With this patch
applied and CONFIG_ROMIMAGE_MMCIF selected the
romImage kernel image can be written to a MMC card
and booted directly by the sh7724 cpu.
