SH: Bulk conversion to generic_handle_domain_irq()

Wherever possible, replace constructs that match either
generic_handle_irq(irq_find_mapping()) or
generic_handle_irq(irq_linear_revmap()) to a single call to
generic_handle_domain_irq().

treewide: replace #include <asm/sizes.h> with #include <linux/sizes.h>

Since commit dccd2304cc90 ("ARM: 7430/1: sizes.h: move from asm-generic
to <linux/sizes.h>"), <asm/sizes.h> and <asm-generic/sizes.h> are just
wrappers of <linux/sizes.h>.

This commit replaces all <asm/sizes.h> and <asm-generic/sizes.h> to
prepare for the removal.

# bd0b9ac4 14-Sep-2015 Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>

genirq: Remove irq argument from irq flow handlers

Most interrupt flow handlers do not use the irq argument. Those few
which use it can retrieve the irq number from the irq descriptor.

Remove the argument.

Search and replace was done with coccinelle and some extra helper
scripts around it. Thanks to Julia for her help!

sh/intc: Use irq_desc_get_xxx() to avoid redundant lookup of irq_desc

Use irq_desc_get_xxx() to avoid redundant lookup of irq_desc while we
already have a pointer to corresponding irq_desc.

Also replace generic_handle_irq with generic_handle_irq_desc() to avoid
looking up irq_desc again.

# 102ca660 10-Feb-2015 Kevin Cernekee <cernekee@gmail.com>

sh: eliminate unused irq_reg_{readl,writel} accessors

Defining these macros way down in arch/sh/.../irq.c doesn't cause
kernel/irq/generic-chip.c to use them. As far as I can tell this code has
no effect.

sh: Mass ctrl_in/outX to __raw_read/writeX conversion.

The old ctrl in/out routines are non-portable and unsuitable for
cross-platform use. While drivers/sh has already been sanitized, there
is still quite a lot of code that is not. This converts the arch/sh/ bits
over, which permits us to flag the routines as deprecated whilst still
building with -Werror for the architecture code, and to ensure that
future users are not added.

sh: mach-se: Convert SE7343 FPGA to dynamic IRQ allocation.

This gets rid of the arbitrary set of vectors used by the SE7722 FPGA
interrupt controller and switches over to a completely dynamic set.
No assumptions regarding a contiguous range are made, and the platform
resources themselves need to be filled in lazily.

This flattens out the board directories in to individual mach groups,
we will use this for getting rid of unneeded directories, simplifying
the build system, and becoming more coherent with the refactored
arch/sh/include topology.
