mmc: sh_mmcif: move platform_data header to proper location

We have a dedicated directory for platform_data meanwhile, don't spoil
the MMC directory with it.

# e3e49ca9 04-Jan-2018 Sergei Shtylyov <sergei.shtylyov@cogentembedded.com>

sh_eth: remove sh_eth_plat_data::edmac_endian

Since the commit 888cc8c20cf ("sh_eth: remove EDMAC_BIG_ENDIAN") (geez,
I didn't realize that was 2 years ago!) the initializers in the SuperH
platform code for the 'sh_eth_plat_data::edmac_endian' stopped to matter,
so we can remove that field for good (not sure if it was ever useful --
SH7786 Ether has been reported to have the same EDMAC descriptor/register
endiannes as configured for the SuperH CPU)...

# 01062943 28-Apr-2016 Wolfram Sang <wsa+renesas@sang-engineering.com>

mmc: sh_mobile_sdhi: remove obsolete include file

A few SH boards include the file but don't make use of it (no named
interrupts). The SDHI code removed support for this feature as well.
So, drop the references and ultimately remove the unneeded file.

mmc: sh_mobile_sdhi: remove sh_mobile_sdhi_info

Current sh_mobile_sdhi's platform data is set via sh_mobile_sdhi_info
and it is just copied to tmio_mmc_data.
Now, tmio mmc platform data is specified via tmio_mmc_data.
This patch replace sh_mobile_sdhi_info to tmio_mmc_data

struct sh_mobile_sdhi_info { -> struct tmio_mmc_data {
int dma_slave_tx; -> void *chan_priv_tx;
int dma_slave_rx; -> void *chan_priv_rx;
unsigned long tmio_flags; -> unsigned long flags;
unsigned long tmio_caps; -> unsigned long capabilities;
unsigned long tmio_caps2; -> unsigned long capabilities2;
u32 tmio_ocr_mask; -> u32 ocr_mask;
unsigned int cd_gpio; -> unsigned int cd_gpio;
}; unsigned int hclk;
void (*set_pwr)(...);
void (*set_clk_div)(...);
};

sh_eth: remove 'register_type' field from 'struct sh_eth_plat_data'

Now that the 'register_type' field of the 'sh_eth' driver's platform data is not
used by the driver anymore, it's time to remove it and its initializers from
the SH platform code. Also move *enum* declaring values for this field from
<linux/sh_eth.h> to the local driver's header file as they're only needed
by the driver itself now...

sh_eth: get SH7757 support out of #ifdef

Get the SH7757 code/data in the driver out of #ifdef by adding "sh7757-ether"
and "sh7757-gether" to the platform driver's ID table. Note that we can remove
SH_ETH_HAS_BOTH_MODULES and sh_eth_get_cpu_data().
Change the Ether/GEther platform devices' names in the SH platform code
accordingly.
