# 0eebf9b5 02-Feb-2015 David Gibson <david@gibson.dropbear.id.au>

powerpc: Remove unused st_le*() and ld_le* functions

The powerpc specific st_le*() and ld_le*() functions in
arch/powerpc/asm/swab.h no longer have any users. They are also
misleadingly named, since they always byteswap, even on a little-endian
host.

This patch removes them.

# 716821c9 23-Jun-2014 Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>

powerpc: Remove __arch_swab*

The generic code uses gcc built-ins which work fine so there's no benefit
in implementing our own anymore.

We can't completely remove the ld/st_le* functions as some historical
cruft still uses them, but that's next on the radar
