powerpc/44x: Activate KUEP at all time On 44x, KUEP is implemented by clearing SX bit during TLB miss for user pages. The impact is minimal and not worth neither boot time nor build time selection. Activate it at all time. powerpc/44x: Implement Kernel Userspace Exec Protection (KUEP) Powerpc 44x has two bits for exec protection in TLBs: one for user (UX) and one for superviser (SX). Clear SX on user pages in TLB miss handlers to provide KUEP. powerpc/vdso: Replace vdso_base by vdso All other architectures but s390 use a void pointer named 'vdso' to reference the VDSO mapping. In a following patch, the VDSO data page will be put in front of text, vdso_base will then not anymore point to VDSO text. To avoid confusion between vdso_base and VDSO text, rename vdso_base into vdso and make it a void __user *. powerpc/mm: move platform specific mmu-xxx.h in platform directories The purpose of this patch is to move platform specific mmu-xxx.h files in platform directories like pte-xxx.h files.
