mips: lantiq: falcon: Fix refcount leak bug in sysctrl

In ltq_soc_init(), of_find_compatible_node() will return a node pointer
with refcount incremented. We should use of_node_put() when it is not
used anymore.

MIPS: lantiq: check the return value of kzalloc()

kzalloc() is a memory allocation function which can return NULL when
some internal memory errors happen. So it is better to check the
return value of it to prevent potential wrong memory access or
memory leak.

MIPS: lantiq: falcon clocks were not enabled properly

As a result of a non populated ->bits field inside the clock struct, the clock
domains were never powered on the Falcon. Until now we only used domains that
were also used and powered by the bootloader.
