mm/slab: rename CONFIG_SLAB to CONFIG_SLAB_DEPRECATED

As discussed at LSF/MM [1] [2] and with no objections raised there,
deprecate the SLAB allocator. Rename the user-visible option so that
users with CONFIG_SLAB=y get a new prompt with explanation during make
oldconfig, while make olddefconfig will just switch to SLUB.

In all defconfigs with CONFIG_SLAB=y remove the line so those also
switch to SLUB. Regressions due to the switch should be reported to
linux-mm and slab maintainers.

treewide: defconfig: address renamed CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO=y

CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO is now implicitly selected if one picks one of the
explicit options that could be DEBUG_INFO_DWARF_TOOLCHAIN_DEFAULT,
DEBUG_INFO_DWARF4, DEBUG_INFO_DWARF5.

This was actually not what I had in mind when I suggested making it a
'choice' statement, but it's too late to change again now, and the Kconfig
logic is more sensible in the new form.

Change any defconfig file that had CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO enabled but did not
pick DWARF4 or DWARF5 explicitly to now pick the toolchain default.

MIPS: configs: lb60: Fix defconfig not selecting correct board

Since INGENIC_GENERIC_BOARD was introduced, the JZ4740_QI_LB60 option
is no longer the default, so the symbol has to be selected by the
defconfig, otherwise the kernel built will be for a generic Ingenic
board and won't have the Device Tree blob built-in.

sysctl: Remove the sysctl system call

This system call has been deprecated almost since it was introduced, and
in a survey of the linux distributions I can no longer find any of them
that enable CONFIG_SYSCTL_SYSCALL. The only indication that I can find
that anyone might care is that a few of the defconfigs in the kernel
enable CONFIG_SYSCTL_SYSCALL. However this appears in only 31 of 414
defconfigs in the kernel, so I suspect this symbols presence is simply
because it is harmless to include rather than because it is necessary.

As there appear to be no users of the sysctl system call, remove the
code. As this removes one of the few uses of the internal kernel mount
of proc I hope this allows for even more simplifications of the proc
filesystem.

MIPS: configs: Remove useless UEVENT_HELPER_PATH

Remove the CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER_PATH because:
1. It is disabled since commit 1be01d4a5714 ("driver: base: Disable
CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER by default") as its dependency (UEVENT_HELPER) was
made default to 'n',
2. It is not recommended (help message: "This should not be used today
[...] creates a high system load") and was kept only for ancient
userland,
3. Certain userland specifically requests it to be disabled (systemd
README: "Legacy hotplug slows down the system and confuses udev").

MIPS: qi_lb60: Enable the jz4740-wdt driver

The watchdog is an useful piece of hardware, so there's no reason not to
enable it.

Besides, this is important for restart to work after the change in the
next commit.

This commit enables the Kconfig option in the qi_lb60 defconfig.

MIPS: JZ4740: introduce CONFIG_MACH_INGENIC

In preparation for supporting Ingenic SoCs other than the JZ4740,
introduce MACH_INGENIC to Kconfig & move MACH_JZ4740 to a separate
entry selected by the board when appropriate. This allows MACH_INGENIC
to be used to enable things generic across Ingenic SoCs.
