arch: mips: remove ReiserFS from defconfig

ReiserFS has been deprecated for a year and a half, yet is still built
as part of a defconfig kernel.

According to commit eb103a51640e ("reiserfs: Deprecate reiserfs"), the
filesystem is slated to be removed in 2025. Remove it from the defconfig
profiles now, as part of its deprecation process.

# eb07c4f39 23-May-2023 Vlastimil Babka <vbabka@suse.cz>

mm/slab: rename CONFIG_SLAB to CONFIG_SLAB_DEPRECATED

As discussed at LSF/MM [1] [2] and with no objections raised there,
deprecate the SLAB allocator. Rename the user-visible option so that
users with CONFIG_SLAB=y get a new prompt with explanation during make
oldconfig, while make olddefconfig will just switch to SLUB.

In all defconfigs with CONFIG_SLAB=y remove the line so those also
switch to SLUB. Regressions due to the switch should be reported to
linux-mm and slab maintainers.

mips: update config files

Clean up config files by:
- removing configs that were deleted in the past
- removing configs not in tree and without recently pending patches
- adding new configs that are replacements for old configs in the file

scsi: sr: remove references to BLK_DEV_SR_VENDOR, leave it enabled

This kernel configuration is basically enabling/disabling sr driver quirks
detection. While these quirks are for fairly rare devices (very old CD
burners, and a glucometer), the additional detection of these models is a
very minimal amount of code.

The logic behind the quirks is always built into the sr driver.

This also removes the config from all the defconfig files that are enabling
this already.

MIPS: configs: Remove useless UEVENT_HELPER_PATH

Remove the CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER_PATH because:
1. It is disabled since commit 1be01d4a5714 ("driver: base: Disable
CONFIG_UEVENT_HELPER by default") as its dependency (UEVENT_HELPER) was
made default to 'n',
2. It is not recommended (help message: "This should not be used today
[...] creates a high system load") and was kept only for ancient
userland,
3. Certain userland specifically requests it to be disabled (systemd
README: "Legacy hotplug slows down the system and confuses udev").

MIPS: Update defconfigs for NF_CT_PROTO_DCCP/UDPLITE change

In linux-4.10-rc, NF_CT_PROTO_UDPLITE and NF_CT_PROTO_DCCP are bool
symbols instead of tristate, and kernelci.org reports a bunch of
warnings for this, like:

arch/mips/configs/malta_kvm_guest_defconfig:63:warning: symbol value 'm' invalid for NF_CT_PROTO_UDPLITE
arch/mips/configs/malta_defconfig:62:warning: symbol value 'm' invalid for NF_CT_PROTO_DCCP

arch/mips/configs/ip22_defconfig:71:warning: symbol value 'm' invalid for NF_CT_PROTO_UDPLITE

# 1b7d8012 14-Sep-2015 Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz <b.zolnierkie@samsung.com>

MIPS: maltaup_xpa_defconfig: Convert to use libata PATA drivers

IDE subsystem has been deprecated since 2009 and the majority
(if not all) of Linux distributions have switched to use
libata for ATA support exclusively. However there are still
some users (mostly old or/and embedded non-x86 systems) that
have not converted from using IDE subsystem to libata PATA
drivers. This doesn't seem to be good thing in the long-term
for Linux as while there is less and less PATA systems left
in use:

* testing efforts are divided between two subsystems

* having duplicate drivers for same hardware confuses users

This patch converts maltaup_xpa_defconfig to use libata PATA
drivers (tc86c001 IDE host driver has no corresponding libata
driver yet so it is not converted).
