ARM: shmobile: Drop commas after dt_compat sentinels

It does not make sense to have a comma after a sentinel, as any new
elements must be added before the sentinel.

ARM: appropriate __init annotation for const data

Init data marked const should be annotated with __initconst for
correctness and not __initdata. In some cases the array gathering
references to that data has to be marked const as well. This fixes
LTO builds that otherwise fail with section mismatch errors.

ARM: shmobile: Remove FSF address from copyright headers

The information is already included in the COPYING file in the kernel
sources root directory, we don't want to modify all source files when
the FSF will move to a new address, and I'm tired of seeing the related
checkpatch.pl warnings.

# 9dddfcfa 09-Jul-2014 Laurent Pinchart <laurent.pinchart+renesas@ideasonboard.com>

ARM: shmobile: genmai-reference: Enable MTU2 in device tree

No more device needs to be added from platform code when booting the
reference platform, move MTU2 registration from setup-r7s72100.c to
board-genmai.c and remove the now empty r7s72100_add_dt_devices()
function.

As the genmai_add_standard_devices() function is now identical to the
default init_machine implementation, remove it as well.

# d2168146 23-Jul-2014 Pawel Moll <pawel.moll@arm.com>

platform: Remove most references to platform_bus device

A number of board files in arch/arm and arch/unicore32
explicitly reference platform_bus device as a parent
for new platform devices.

This is unnecessary, as platform device API guarantees
that devices with NULL parent are going to by adopted
by the mentioned "root" device.

This patch removes or replaces with NULL such references.

ARM: shmobile: r7s72100: Don't define SCIF platform data in an array

The SCIF driver is transitioning to platform resources. Board code will
thus need to define an array of resources for each SCIF device. This is
incompatible with the macro-based SCIF platform data definition as an
array. Rework the macro to define platform data as individual
structures.
