ARM: riscpc: move RiscPC assembly files from arch/arm/lib to mach-rpc

Move the assembly files for RiscPC from arch/arm/lib to mach-rpc so

kbuild: remove unnecessary variable initializaions

Clearing obj-y, obj-m, obj-n, obj- in each Makefile is
a useless habit.

They are non-exported variables; therefore they are always empty
whenever descending into each subdirectory.
(Moreorver, obj-y and obj-m are also set to empty at the beginning
of scripts/Makefile.build)

# 6e747b4b 01-Mar-2012 Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

ARM: riscpc: move ecard.c to arch/arm/mach-rpc

RiscPC is the only platform using the Acorn expansion card support, so
move it into its mach-* directory.

# a1be5d64 01-Mar-2012 Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

ARM: riscpc: move time-acorn.c to mach-rpc

Nothing but RiscPC makes use of the Acorn timekeeping code, so move
it into mach-rpc.

# 78cbaaca 08-Feb-2012 Rob Herring <rob.herring@calxeda.com>

ARM: rpc: make default fiq handler run-time installed

Only rpc uses disable_fiq macro. Change it to a run-time installed
default FIQ handler. The handler is installed before FIQ is enabled
so the behavior should be unchanged.

Linux-2.6.12-rc2

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
