ARM: omap1: remove dead code

After the removal of the unused board files, I went through the
omap1 code to look for code that no longer has any callers
and remove that.

In particular, support for the omap7xx/omap8xx family is now
completely unused, so I'm only leaving omap15xx/omap16xx/omap59xx.

# 7e0a9e62 06-Aug-2019 Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>

ARM: omap1: move mach/*.h into mach directory

Most of the header files are no longer referenced from outside
arch/arm/mach-omap1, so move them all to that place directly
and change their users to use the new location.

The exceptions are:

- mach/compress.h is used by the core architecture code
- mach/serial.h is used by mach/compress.h

The mach/memory.h is empty and gets removed in the process,
avoiding the need for CONFIG_NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H.

# 9138f89e 12-Feb-2018 Suman Anna <s-anna@ti.com>

ARM: OMAP: Move plat/i2c.h into mach-omap1 folder

The current contents of plat/i2c.h are only relevant for OMAP1
platforms, as all the equivalent functions for OMAP2 has been
dropped in commit 65fa3e719f36 ("ARM: OMAP2+: Remove legacy i2c.c
platform init code"), and which has also moved the left-over code
from plat-omap into mach-omap1. The hwmod is a concept only
applicable for OMAP2 platforms, and the omap_i2c_reset() is
already declared in mach-omap2/i2c.h. So, move the current
plat/i2c.h header file into the mach-omap1 folder, and adjust
the header usage accordingly.

# 65fa3e71 17-Oct-2016 Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>

ARM: OMAP2+: Remove legacy i2c.c platform init code

We can now initialize I2C for mach-omap2 using device tree. And we
can move the remaining code in plat-omap/i2c.c into mach-omap1/i2c.c.

Note that we cannot remove some of the I2C bus reset functions
as they are being used by hwmod code.

# 685e2d08 20-May-2015 Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>

ARM: OMAP1: Change interrupt numbering for sparse IRQ

Change interrupt numbering for sparse IRQ. We do this using
a fixed offset until we can drop irqs.h once all it's users
have been updated.

Note that this depends on the GPIO fix for the MPUIO IRQs
"gpio: omap: Fix regression for MPUIO interrupts".

Also note that this patch adds some extra irq alloc warnings
that will go away when we stop calling irq_alloc_descs
in gpio-omap.c with a follow-up patch.

ARM: OMAP: Fix i2c cmdline initcall for multiplatform

We only want this initcall to run when the kernel is
booted on omap SoCs. Fix the issue by initializing the
the initcall from separately for omap1 and omap2+.

This fixes the issue for omap2+ multiplatform configs
as we are using omap_subsys_initcall there.

ARM: OMAP: Fix relative includes for shared i2c.h file

As discussed on linux-arm-kernel, we want to avoid
relative includes for the arch/arm/*omap* shared code:

http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-omap/msg80520.html

To fix this for the shared i2c.h, let's re-introduce
a minimal plat/i2c.h.

Note that drivers must not use this header as it will
break build for omap2+ CONFIG_MULTIPLATFORM builds.

ARM: OMAP: Make plat-omap/i2c.c port checks local

The common code should not have any omap1 or omap2+
specific code, and should not need to call the cpu_is_omap
macros.

The only remaining user for cpu_is_omap macros is
omap_i2c_nr_ports(). Let's make those checks in
the omap specific implementation of omap_i2c_add_bus()
instead in order to remove cpu_is_omap usage from
the common code.

ARM: OMAP: Split plat/cpu.h into local soc.h for mach-omap1 and mach-omap2

We want to remove plat/cpu.h. To do this, let's first split
it to private soc.h to mach-omap1 and mach-omap2. We have to
keep plat/cpu.h around until the remaining drivers are fixed,
so let's include the local soc.h in plat/cpu.h and for drivers
still including plat/cpu.h.

Once the drivers are fixed not to include plat/cpu.h, we
can remove the file.

This is needed for the ARM common zImage support.

ARM: OMAP: Split plat-omap/i2c.c into mach-omap1 and mach-omap2

There's no need to keep the device related things in the
common i2c.c as omap2+ is using hwmod. Split the code to
mach-omap1 and mach-omap2 parts and only leave common
code to plat-omap/i2c.c.

Note that as omap1 only has one i2c controller, we can
now remove the old device related macros.
