ARM: omap1: move mach/*.h into mach directory

Most of the header files are no longer referenced from outside
arch/arm/mach-omap1, so move them all to that place directly
and change their users to use the new location.

The exceptions are:

- mach/compress.h is used by the core architecture code
- mach/serial.h is used by mach/compress.h

The mach/memory.h is empty and gets removed in the process,
avoiding the need for CONFIG_NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H.

# 28399a5a 08-Mar-2021 Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>

ARM: omap1: fix building with clang IAS

The clang integrated assembler fails to build one file with
a complex asm instruction:

arch/arm/mach-omap1/ams-delta-fiq-handler.S:249:2: error: invalid instruction, any one of the following would fix this:
mov r10, #(1 << (((NR_IRQS_LEGACY + 12) - NR_IRQS_LEGACY) % 32)) @ set deferred_fiq bit
^
arch/arm/mach-omap1/ams-delta-fiq-handler.S:249:2: note: instruction requires: armv6t2
mov r10, #(1 << (((NR_IRQS_LEGACY + 12) - NR_IRQS_LEGACY) % 32)) @ set deferred_fiq bit
^
arch/arm/mach-omap1/ams-delta-fiq-handler.S:249:2: note: instruction requires: thumb2
mov r10, #(1 << (((NR_IRQS_LEGACY + 12) - NR_IRQS_LEGACY) % 32)) @ set deferred_fiq bit
^

The problem is that 'NR_IRQS_LEGACY' is not defined here. Apparently
gas does not care because we first add and then subtract this number,
leading to the immediate value to be the same regardless of the
specific definition of NR_IRQS_LEGACY.

Neither the way that 'gas' just silently builds this file, nor the
way that clang IAS makes nonsensical suggestions for how to fix it
is great. Fortunately there is an easy fix, which is to #include
the header that contains the definition.

ARM: OMAP1: ams-delta-fiq: Fix missing irq_ack

Non-serio path of Amstrad Delta FIQ deferred handler depended on
irq_ack() method provided by OMAP GPIO driver. That method has been
removed by commit 693de831c6e5 ("gpio: omap: remove irq_ack method").
Remove useless code from the deferred handler and reimplement the
missing operation inside the base FIQ handler.

Should another dependency - irq_unmask() - be ever removed from the OMAP
GPIO driver, WARN once if missing.

ARM: OMAP1: fix ams-delta FIQ handler to work with sparse IRQ

After OMAP1 IRQ definitions have been changed by commit 685e2d08c54b

in v4.2, ams-delta FIQ handler which depends on them no longer works
as expected. Fix it.

ARM: OMAP1: Change interrupt numbering for sparse IRQ

Change interrupt numbering for sparse IRQ. We do this using
a fixed offset until we can drop irqs.h once all it's users
have been updated.

Note that this depends on the GPIO fix for the MPUIO IRQs
"gpio: omap: Fix regression for MPUIO interrupts".

Also note that this patch adds some extra irq alloc warnings
that will go away when we stop calling irq_alloc_descs
in gpio-omap.c with a follow-up patch.

# 6f6f6a70 10-Mar-2012 Rob Herring <rob.herring@calxeda.com>

ARM: create a common IOMEM definition

Several platforms create IOMEM defines for casting to 'void __iomem *',
and other platforms are incorrectly using __io() macro for the same
purpose. This creates a common definition and removes all the platform
specific versions. Rather than try to make linux/io.h and asm/io.h
assembly safe, the assembly version of IOMEM is moved into
asm/assembler.h.

# 60c3bf3f 27-Apr-2010 Janusz Krzysztofik <jkrzyszt@tis.icnet.pl>

OMAP1: Amstrad Delta: add FIQ handler for serial keyboardport interrupt processing

This patch introduces a Fast Interrupt Request (FIQ) handler for Amstrad Delta
(E3) videophone. The handler's purpose is to process interrupts generated by a
GPIO line that a serial keyboard clock hangs off. It collects consecutive bits
into words, pushing them into a buffer, then requests a higher level interrupt
after one or more words are ready for further processing by a keyboard port
driver.

The handler also processes interrupts generated by two other GPIO lines, used
by other on-board supported devices, by simply requesting a higher level
interrupt, that in turn should invoke those device's specific irq handlers.

IRQ12 line, not used by OMAP1510 hardware (described as reserved), has been
choosen as a higher level interrupt source.
