ARM: imx: Drop unused includes

Several includes are not needed, so drop them.

of_platform.h (for now) implicitly includes platform_device.h and of.h, so
add explicit includes of those as needed.

ARM: mx5: Set the DBGEN bit in ARM_GPC register

On i.MX51/i.MX53 it is necessary to set the DBGEN bit in
ARM_GPC register in order to turn on the debug clocks.

The DBGEN bit of ARM_GPC register has the following description
in the i.MX53 Reference Manual:

"This allows the user to manually activate clocks within the debug
system. This register bit directly controls the platform's dbgen_out
output signal which connects to the DAP_SYS to enable all debug clocks.
Once enabled, the clocks cannot be disabled except by asserting the
disable_trace input of the DAP_SYS."

Based on a previous patch from Sebastian Reichel.

ARM: imx: clean up machine mxc_arch_reset_init_dt reset init

System restart mechanism has been changed with the introduction
of "kernel restart handler call chain support". The imx2 watchdog
based restart handler has been moved to the driver, and these
restart can be removed from the machine layer.

This patch cleans up the device tree version machine reset init with
mxc_arch_reset_init_dt and removes corresponding .restart handler,
for the .init_machine that can be handled by system default after
removing the mxc_arch_reset_init_dt, the .init_machine is also removed.

# 6befda9a 07-Jul-2014 Steffen Trumtrar <s.trumtrar@pengutronix.de>

ARM: i.MX53: globally disable supervisor protect

Most peripherals on the i.MX53 have an
Off-Platform Peripheral Access Control Register (OPACR)
in which the access rights (together with the MPROT registers) can be declared.
However, this does not seem to work for example for SSI1+SDMA, because the
supervisor bit is not set for the SDMA unit.
It does work for SSI2, the QSB for example uses SSI2 for its audio. But SSI2 only
works because it does NOT have an OPACR.

The right solution would be to fix the access rights for the SDMA, but the unit
responsible for this is the Central Security Unit (CSU), which of course is NOT
documented. So, until documentation for this is openly available, turn off the
supervisor protection because it cripples the hardware.

ARM: imx5: move init hooks into mach-imx5x.c

These imx5 init_early[late] hooks are called only from mach-imx5x.c.
Let's move them into mach-imx5x.c.

While at it, replace the static mapping in imx51_ipu_mipi_setup() with
dynamic mapping. Also this function and imx_src_init() do not
necessarily to be called at .init_early hook, so move them into
.init_machine.

The mxc_iomux_v3_init() is dropped from imx51_init_early() in the
moving, since it's only needed by non-DT boot.

ARM: imx: create mxc_arch_reset_init_dt() for DT boot

The mxc_arch_reset_init() uses static mapping and calls clk_get_sys() to
get clock. It's suitable for non-DT boot but not for DT boot where
dynamic mapping and of_clk_get() should be used instead. Create
mxc_arch_reset_init_dt() as the DT variant of mxc_arch_reset_init(),
and change DT platforms to use it.

# 18cb680f 09-May-2013 Shawn Guo <shawn.guo@linaro.org>

ARM: imx: move clk_prepare() out from mxc_restart()

It's inappropriate to call clk_prepare() in mxc_restart(), because the
restart routine could be called in atomic context. Move clk_get() and
clk_prepare() into mxc_arch_reset_init() and only have the atomic part
clk_enable() be called in mxc_restart().

As a result, mxc_arch_reset_init() needs to be called after clk gets
initialized.

While there, it also changes printk(KERN_ERR ...) to pr_err() and adds
__init annotation for mxc_arch_reset_init().

ARM: delete struct sys_timer

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

i2c: imx: remove cpu_is_xxx by using platform_device_id

This is some amount of work left/forgot from device tree conversion.
Instead of checking cpu_is_xxx to determine the controller type, the
driver should use platform_device_id, which should match the device
tree compatible string.

The patch changes the driver to use platform_device_id rather than
cpu_is_xxx to determine the controller type/version. It also updates
the platform code and device tree source accordingly.
