docs: process: fix a typoed cross-reference

Commit 329ac9af902e added a cross-reference missing a hyphen; add one from
my emergency hyphen stash.

# 329ac9af 11-May-2023 Kees Cook <keescook@chromium.org>

docs: submitting-patches: Discuss interleaved replies

Top-posting has been strongly discouraged in Linux development, but this
was actually not written anywhere in the common documentation about
sending patches and replying to reviews. Add a section about trimming
and interleaved replies.

# ea522496 14-Oct-2022 Nick Desaulniers <ndesaulniers@google.com>

Documentation: process: replace outdated LTS table w/ link

The existing table was a bit outdated.

3.16 was EOL in 2020.
4.4 was EOL in 2022.

5.10 is new in 2020.
5.15 is new in 2021.

We'll see if 6.1 becomes LTS in 2022.

Rather than keep this table updated, it does duplicate information from
multiple kernel.org pages. Make one less duplication site that needs to
be updated and simply refer to the kernel.org page on releases.

docs: Correct the release date of 5.2 stable

A table lists the 5.2 stable release date as September 15, but it was
released on July 7. This may confuse a reader who is trying to
understand the stable update release cycle.

# e7b4311e 21-Jun-2020 Alexander A. Klimov <grandmaster@al2klimov.de>

Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones: Documentation/process

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

# fb0e0ffe 16-Feb-2020 Tony Fischetti <tony.fischetti@gmail.com>

Documentation: bring process docs up to date

The guide to the kernel dev process documentation, for example, contains
references to older kernels and their timelines. In addition, one of the
"long term support kernels" listed have since reached EOL, and a new one
has been named. This patch brings information/tables up to date.

Additionally, some very trivial grammatical errors, unclear sentences,
and potentially unsavory diction have been edited.
