dt-bindings: usb: renesas,usb-xhci: Document RZ/V2M support

Document the RZ/V2M SoC bindings.
The RZ/V2M SoC is a little different to the R-Car implementations.
You can access the registers associated with the currently set DRD mode,
therefore as part of init, we have to set the DRD mode to host.

dt-bindings: usb: renesas-xhci: Refer to the usb-xhci.yaml file

With minor peculiarities (like uploading some vendor-specific firmware)
these are just Generic xHCI controllers fully compatible with its
properties. Make sure the Renesas USB xHCI DT nodes are also validated
against the Generic xHCI DT schema.

# 2b8f061a 21-Dec-2020 Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>

dt-bindings: Drop redundant maxItems/items

'maxItems' equal to the 'items' list length is redundant. 'maxItems' is
preferred for a single entry while greater than 1 should have an 'items'
list.

A meta-schema check for this is pending once these existing cases are
fixed.

dt-bindings: usb: renesas,usb-xhci: Document r8a774e1 support

Document r8a774e1 xhci support. The driver will use the fallback
compatible string "renesas,rcar-gen3-xhci", therefore no driver
change is needed.
