dt-bindings: opp: drop maxItems from inner items

With recent changes within matrix dimensions calculation,
dropping maxItems: 1 provides a warning-free run.

Fixes warning such as:
arch/arm64/boot/dts/qcom/sdm845-oneplus-enchilada.dtb: opp-table: opp-200000000:opp-hz:0: [200000000, 0, 0, 150000000, 0, 0, 0, 0, 300000000] is too long

# c2add32c 19-Jul-2023 Manivannan Sadhasivam <mani@kernel.org>

dt-bindings: opp: Increase maxItems for opp-hz property

Current limit of 16 will be exhausted by platforms specifying the frequency
for 9 clocks using opp-hz, like Qcom SDM845 SoC. For instance, specifying
the frequency for 9 clocks with 64bit specifier as below would consume
(9 * 2 = 18) items.

opp-50000000 {
opp-hz = /bits/ 64 <50000000>,
/bits/ 64 <0>,
/bits/ 64 <0>,
/bits/ 64 <37500000>,
/bits/ 64 <0>,
/bits/ 64 <0>,
/bits/ 64 <0>,
/bits/ 64 <0>,
/bits/ 64 <75000000>;
};

So let's increase the limit to 32 which should be enough for most platforms
(hopefully).

dt-bindings: drop redundant part of title of shared bindings

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that
it is a "binding", but instead just describe the hardware. For shared
(re-usable) schemas, name them all as "common properties".

# 39bd2b6a 18-Jan-2022 Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>

dt-bindings: Improve phandle-array schemas

The 'phandle-array' type is a bit ambiguous. It can be either just an
array of phandles or an array of phandles plus args. Many schemas for
phandle-array properties aren't clear in the schema which case applies
though the description usually describes it.

The array of phandles case boils down to needing:

items:
maxItems: 1

The phandle plus args cases should typically take this form:

items:
- items:
- description: A phandle
- description: 1st arg cell
- description: 2nd arg cell

With this change, some examples need updating so that the bracketing of
property values matches the schema.

dt-bindings: opp: Allow multi-worded OPP entry name

Not all OPP entries fit into a single word. In particular NVIDIA Tegra OPP
tables use multi-word names. Allow OPP entry to have multi-worded name
separated by hyphen. This silences DT checker warnings about wrong naming
scheme.

dt-bindings: opp: Convert to DT schema

Convert the OPP v1 and v2 bindings to DT schema format. As the OPPv2 binding
can be extended by vendors, we need to split the common part out from the
"operating-points-v2" conforming compatible.
