dt-bindings: ptp: add ptp-qoriq.txt

This patch is to add a documentation for ptp_qoriq dt-bindings.
The description for ptp_qoriq dt-bindings was actually moved
from Documentation/devicetree/bindings/net/fsl-tsec-phy.txt,
since gianfar_ptp driver was moved to ptp_qoriq driver.

# 21481189 06-Apr-2018 Esben Haabendal <eha@deif.com>

net/fsl_pq_mdio: Allow explicit speficition of TBIPA address

This introduces a simpler and generic method for for finding (and mapping)
the TBIPA register.

Instead of relying of complicated logic for finding the TBIPA register
address based on the MDIO or MII register block base
address, which even in some cases relies on undocumented shadow registers,
a second "reg" entry for the mdio bus devicetree node specifies the TBIPA
register.

Backwards compatibility is kept, as the existing logic is applied when
only a single "reg" mapping is specified.

dt-bindings: Use lower case hex in unit-addresses

DT unit addresses should be lower case hex. Fix all the
binding examples.

Converted with the following command from Krzysztof Kozlowski:

sed -e 's/@\([a-fA-F0-9_-]*\) {/@\L\1 {/' -i $(find Documentation/devicetree/bindings -name '*.txt')

Add the "fsl,wake-on-filer" property for eTSEC nodes to
indicate that the system has the power management

DT: net: document Ethernet bindings in one place

This patch is an attempt to gather the Ethernet related bindings in one file,
like it's done in the MMC and some other subsystems. It should save some of
the trouble of documenting several properties over and over in each binding
document, instead only making reference to the main file.

I have used the Embedded Power Architecture(TM) Platform Requirements (ePAPR)
standard as a base for the properties description, also documenting some ad-hoc
properties that have been introduced over time despite having direct analogs in
ePAPR.

powerpc/83xx: gianfar_ptp: select 1588 clock source through dts file

Currently IEEE 1588 timer reference clock source is determined through
hard-coded value in gianfar_ptp driver. This patch allows to select ptp
clock source by means of device tree file node.

For instance:

fsl,cksel = <0>;

for using external (TSEC_TMR_CLK input) high precision timer
reference clock.

Other acceptable values:

<1> : eTSEC system clock
<2> : eTSEC1 transmit clock
<3> : RTC clock input

When this attribute isn't used, eTSEC system clock will serve as
IEEE 1588 timer reference clock.
