docs: ABI: stable: make files ReST compatible

Several entries at the stable ABI files won't parse if we pass
them directly to the ReST output.

Adjust them, in order to allow adding their contents as-is at
the stable ABI book.

docs: driver-api: add a series of orphaned documents

There are lots of documents under Documentation/*.txt and a few other
orphan documents elsehwere that belong to the driver-API book.

Move them to their right place.

# e529f4d6 04-Jun-2018 Peter Meerwald <pmeerw@pmeerw.net>

rfkill: Correctly document rkill subfolder range as >= 0 in sysfs-class-rfkill

The first subfolder is rfkill0, hence rfkillX (X >= 0).
Also fix two trivial typos.

rfkill: Move "state" sysfs file back to stable

There is still quite a bit of code using this interface, so we can't
just remove it. Hopefully it will be possible in the future, but since
its scheduled removal date is past 2 years already, we are better having
the documentation reflecting the current state of things.

# 26b359c8 22-Feb-2016 João Paulo Rechi Vita <jprvita@gmail.com>

rfkill: Point to the correct deprecated doc location

The "claim" sysfs interface has been removed, so its documentation now
lives in the "removed" folder.

# 819bfecc 13-Mar-2010 florian@mickler.org <florian@mickler.org>

rename new rfkill sysfs knobs

This patch renames the (never officially released) sysfs-knobs
"blocked_hw" and "blocked_sw" to "hard" and "soft", as the hardware vs
software conotation is misleading.

It also gets rid of not needed locks around u32-read-access.

# 6c26361e 25-Feb-2010 florian@mickler.org <florian@mickler.org>

enhance sysfs rfkill interface

This commit introduces two new sysfs knobs.

/sys/class/rfkill/rfkill[0-9]+/blocked_hw: (ro)
hardblock kill state
/sys/class/rfkill/rfkill[0-9]+/blocked_sw: (rw)
softblock kill state

# 69c86373 23-Feb-2010 florian@mickler.org <florian@mickler.org>

Document the rfkill sysfs ABI

This moves sysfs ABI info from Documentation/rfkill.txt to the
ABI subfolder and reformats it.

This also schedules the deprecated sysfs parts to be removed in
2012 (claim file) and 2014 (state file).
