Updated SynC Modular recipe
* Changed SOURCE_URL as suggested by Diver. Thanks!
* Added a "Free registration" text file. As the user has to
re-register from time to time for some reason, it may be
easier to find in a text file in the app's folder than
looking into the decription of SynC Modular in HaikuDepot.
