Removed haiku${secondaryArchSuffix}_devel from REQUIRES_devel.

Small additions to the 'generic' templates
Added PATCHES, ADDITIONAL_FILES and TEST() to the templates to show
the correct ordering.
Added a seconf line to COPYRIGHT and LICENSE to show the correct
indenting.
Changed the SOURCE_URI archive name to include $portVersion. Makes it
shorter and encourages using it.
