* Got rid of the duplicated functionalities provided by RWLocker.cpp, and
Locker.cpp.
* The services are now using recursive_locks, and rw_locks instead.

Added offset and size parameters to create_child_partition() and
KPartition::CreateChild(). CreateChild() calls AddChild(), which publishes
the new partition, though at that point offset and size were not set, so that
the published devices would not be usable.

used by file systems to get a useful name, if the file system (or just
that specific volume) doesn't have one.

synchronous scanning is supported.
* Removed the disk device job support from the disk device manager.
* K{Disk,File,Partitioning}System:
- Remove querying and validation methods.

* Added get_physical_partition() function, which always retrieves the
physical partition, unlike get_partition() which returns the shadow
partition, if it exists.
* Added B_PARTITION_SHADOW[_CHILD] partition pseudo operation values for
the shadow_changed() hook, notifying a disk system, that a shadow
partition has been created.

added disk systems rescan to DiskDeviceManager, and called it in the post init phase
the next step would be to rescan the partition tree with a job to recognize unrecognized partitions (asynchronously ?)
