Fix missing localization

This addresses some of what's reported in ticket #14637.

* Keymap preferences: Localize key labels. Translators have
to be careful not too use too long words here...

* Media preferences: Fix typo "SoundFonts" -> "SoundFont"
The two popup menus, Video input/output, both use "<none>",
which when the catkeys are collected is reduced to one item.
Apparently, Italian likes to have different tranlsations for
them. I hope to fix that by using B_TRANSLATE_COMMENT with
differing comments. Not sure if that'll work...

* Network preferences: Localize "on/off" and "Enable/Disable"
in the Services.

* Repositories preferences:
Add RepoRow.cpp to DoCatalogs.

* Shortcuts preferences: Localize "Left/Right/Both/Either/None"

* Bluetooth replicant: Localize menu items and alerts.

* DeskCalc: Localize button names.

* HaikuDepot:
- Use BStringFormat and variables to replace for the WorkStatusView.
- Put package name in single quotes; nicer if you have package names
with spaces.
- Avoid leading and trailing spaces in translatable strings. Those
can be overlooked b the translator.
- Use B_UTF8_ELLIPSIS instead of "...".

bluetooth: Remove non-Haiku target platforms logic.

bluetooth_server: Remove the "show debug console" item from the replicant.

Redundant (the Preferences dialog now has this), and unnecessary, as only
developers want it; it'll confuse end-users.

bluetooth_server: Make the replicant remove itself if the server isn't running.

bluetooth_server: Don't show an error when the Prefs app couldn't start.

The only error I can think of (and the one that this displays) is that
the preflet is already running, which is not very helpful.

bluetooth: Give server a simpler tray icon

servers: Convert to using Set*UIColor.

Patches 0020-0022 from looncraz, unmodified.

Replaced "Preferences"/"Options" with "Settings"

Replaced remaining "Preferences" and "Options" with "Settings" as
that is generally used for app settings instead of the system
preferences found in the preference panels.

Renamed Tracker's "Preferences" to "Tracker preferences" to be
similar to the entries in the Deskbar and e.g. the Media replicant
in the Deskbar tray.

Close alerts with ESCAPE key.

Added SetFlags(B_CLOSE_ON_ESCAPE) or SetShortcut(index, B_ESCAPE) to BAlerts
depending if the result gets used later in the code, or if it's a one-button
BAlert.

Patch by Humdinger:
Switched strings to sentence case in servers and kits. This is the
case-servers+kits.diff applied from #5169. Couldn't spot any possibly
problematic changes.
