More work on FileTypes:
* You can now edit and add extensions.
* The internal name view is no longer a disabled BTextControl, but a simple
customized BStringView like view.
* New "Application Types" window in the making.
* MimeTypeListView can now have icons and supports a flat mode as well
as an application only mode.
