Remove all invocations of SetSubDirSupportedPlatformsBeOSCompatible.

Use libstdc++, libsupc++ and libgcc from gcc_syslibs.

* Instead of faking libstdc++.so from libstdc++.a, use libstdc++.so
from the gcc_syslibs build feature for everything except x86_gcc2.
* Use libgcc_s.so from the gcc_syslibs build feature for everything but
x86_gcc2 (which still carries libgcc as part of libroot.so).
* Drop filtering of libgcc objects for libroot, as that is no longer
necessary since we're only using libgcc-as-single-object for libroot
with x86_gcc2, where the filtered object file doesn't exist. Should
the objects that used to be filtered cause any problems as part of
libgcc_s.so, we can always filter them as part of the gcc build.
* Use libsupc++.so from the gcc_syslibs build feature for everything but
x86_gcc2.
* Adjust all Jamfiles accordingly.
* Deactivate building of faked libstdc++.so for non-x86-gcc2. For
x86_gcc2, we still build libstdc++.so from the sources in the Haiku
source tree as part of the Haiku build .
* Put gcc_syslibs package onto the image, when needed.

Tracker addons: strip shortcut from name, instead use resource

# ee5f0dac 29-Oct-2011 François Revol <revol@free.fr>

Applied patch from jalopeura on ticket #7458 and reworked it to use the BMailDaemon::MarkAsRead() method when an account id exists.
Added a TODO note about using menu labels in tests while they could someday be translated.
Replaced some hardcoded strings with the proper defines.
Made the add-on also apply partial emails, I suppose it's the intent.
Works for me.

* Replaced "Mark As New" with a "Mark As…" Tracker add-on that let you choose
among all defined status.
* Note, until bug #4851 is solved, the list Mail shows might differ from the
one "Mark As…" shows.

Update names to include spaces. This is relevant because this is user visible.
Not included in the image yet but I think it may be a good idea to include it.

Removed the obsolete second argument ("relpath") of the Addon rule and
shuffled "isExecutable" to the end. The new order favors the common use
cases. Adjusted all Addon invocations and while at it also removed
separate LinkAgainst invocations.

# 0a7b5658 13-Dec-2006 Ryan Leavengood <leavengood@gmail.com>

Refactored the MarkAs building as per Jerome Duval's suggestion.

Also changed the include for TrackerAddon.h to TrackerAddOn.h (note the
capital O.) Haiku does not have the lower-case o version.

Adding a few new Tracker add-ons for setting emails to a status of "New" and
"Read". Others could be added fairly easily since I just use one source file
and a new Jam code generation rule to set the appropriate status in the source
file. I feel this is better than bugging the user with some GUI dialog where
they pick the status they want in a single add-on.

For now I'm using the BeMail icon for both.
