axeld + bonefish:
* Increased network timeouts. A single lost ARP request would cause
finding the server to fail.
* Consequently set the sockaddr_in::sin_len field.
* Added write support.

Kernel driver my home-brewn remote disk protocol. I actually intended to
remove it completely, but I had no luck with the NBD driver. :-/
