Remove ancient, unused, useless ICH stub.

# 9c0ff0ee 29-Oct-2013 Pawel Dziepak <pdziepak@quarnos.org>

kernel: Add cpufreq module for Intel P-states

Since Sandy Bridge managing P-states on Intel processors is much easier
and more powerful than when using previous versions of EIST.

# 71d9d375 04-Aug-2012 Yongcong Du <ycdu.vmcore@gmail.com>

cpuidle: move generic cpuidle to generic

After this change, low level cpuidle drivers load the generic cpuidle
module if they can support the underlying platform.

change the intel cpuidle driver accordingly, now it's loaded by acpi
bus manager during boot, although it doesn't depend on acpi

Added driver for Open PIC compatible interrupt controllers (ported
from FreeBSD). At the moment it only recognizes Apple's Intrepid
Mac I/O Controller.
Not sure how well it works yet. Enabling all I/O interrupts
definitely triggers one, but I don't seem to get rid of it
afterwards.

Contains (emtpy) modules for Intel/AMD/VIA models.

This is just an outline of the USB stack: what it is going to look like. It is definately not
ready for testing. Also the documentation is far from complete (it's in it's early phases).
Unfortunately I don't have enough experience in hardware programming to prototype
it first, so I'll be testing the things that I design in the document.

Add a random/urandom driver (NB not yet working)
Add ibuild rules for Marcus's AC97 driver to the openbeos build, ithat
will allow it to be built for OpenBeOS. At present they don't work
due to missing headers, but aftre a succesful build this can be
uncommented and it will build and OpenBeOS will try to laod it.

as Marcus has provided the source! Thanks.
Added the null, zero & digit drivers here and they will be removed from
kernel/drivers

NB this has shown that drivers are not being handled correctly by
devfs. I would have tried to look at it but as it falls under the remit
of vfs I won't touch it.
