* Revamped BPathMonitor API as suggested by Ingo - we could rename it to BNodeMonitor
and add wrappers for watch_node() as well, though.
* Implemented more or less all what is needed for the path monitoring to work.
* Added a test application: works fine under Haiku, but somewhat flaky under BeOS,
dunno why yet.

Fixed unit tests build for platforms libbe_test and r5. Only randomly tested
a few whether they actually work.
New pseudo target "unittests", which builds all unit tests for the currently
set TARGET_PLATFORM. They are placed in generated/tests/<platform>/unittests.

Added small clipboard test. Didn't realize that something similar did already exist in src/apps/bin. But this one can write to the clipboard, too.
