* Delete all local copies of multi_audio from source tree.
* Change name of header for Haiku specific multi_audio to hmulti_audio (in line with the rename of the media addon itself)

Adding the multiaudio driver header.
It was available on request from Be, after they had introduced the API
in a newsletter article. You did not have to sign an NDA to get it, but
it was never included in the BeOS distribution.
