[dash] Implement foreground subshells
Dash can now execute AST fragments in subprocesses, which means commands
like the following work:
$ (echo 42)
42

[dash] Make basic commands work
After this patch, /bin/sh has a reasonable default path, can search it
and, actually run child processes.
